Is there an option to hear the sound from my Android phone on my PC? It is connected through the USB.
ReplyHi,
Are you using ApowerMirror? To stream the Android audio to PC, please check if your Android has Chromecast service. If it has, you can use Chromecast to wirelessly mirror your Android screen to ApowerMirror without opening the ApowerMirror app. If it doesn’t have Chromecast, you can install Google Home on your phone and use it to cast your phone screen to ApowerMirror using WiFi.
The above ways can help you to stream audio from Android to PC. But note that you need to use WiFi to get them work, as both Chromecast and Google Home don’t allow users to connect via USB cable.
And if you want to control Android from PC, then you need to open ApowerMirror app and run it in the background.
Thank you!

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Do you mean that you cannot mirror the iOS audio?
Please check the Ring/Silent toggle in your iPhone/iPad to make sure it’s not switched to silent seeing an orange line. Ensure that both the volume of your iDevices and computer are not muted.
Thank you.

ReplyIf you dont have internet and is using the usb connection, use an aux cable and when prompted what type of plug-in, click on “line-in” and raise the volume. Right-click and go to properties and check “listen to this device” just in case you dont hear any sound. This is my alternative since Cast and Google Home require wifi.
- :
Hey! I just learned about the line-in but I can't hear any sound but the OBS could but this just did a very good trick!
This works perfectly! - 2020-04-21 12:52Reply
